Aithrex
Company

An engineering organization building cloud products.

Aithrex is small, focused, and deliberate. The first product — Infratrix — is shipping. The rest is research direction until it isn’t.

A cloud product organization.

Aithrex builds cloud infrastructure products for engineering teams running production workloads on AWS. We are not a consultancy. We are not a dashboard vendor. We ship products that teams adopt into the practice they already have.

The first product is Infratrix — architecture-aware cloud optimization. The next ones will share the same engineering principles: graph-shaped reasoning, customer-held trust, review-first execution, stay-within-stack.

Four convictions that shape the work.

01

Architecture beats observability.

Dashboards describe. Engineering teams need a system that reasons over the relationships between resources, traffic, cost, and reliability — and proposes the next safe step.
02

Trust is engineering, not marketing.

We don’t build trust by listing certifications. We build it by running in-account, scoping IAM tightly, attaching inverses to every change, and putting the kill switch on the customer’s side.
03

Stay-within-stack first.

Recommendations should fit the stack the team already runs. Migrations are sometimes the right answer, but they are not a first move.
04

Restraint over hype.

We will not call a system autonomous when it is review-first. We will not list a certification until we have earned it. We will not invent a customer logo.

The engineering practice behind the product.

Build

Build in public, ship in private.

We share what we’re thinking openly. We ship into customer accounts conservatively, behind kill switches, with reviewable plans.
Review

Review-first by construction.

Every action that touches a customer’s account is a plan first. Apply requires explicit approval, scoped IAM, and a stored inverse.
Control

Customer-held control.

A customer with our product installed should be able to halt everything Aithrex does with a single IAM revocation. We test it on every onboarding.

We will not claim what we have not built.

Below is what is shipping, what is in design, and what we are not claiming yet. We will move items between these states only when they actually move.
